New to the Team? Here's How to Get Oriented in Northbeam

Stepping into an existing Northbeam account can feel overwhelming, especially when your team already has saved views, custom setups, and established workflows. This guide is designed to help you get oriented quickly, understand where to focus, and start contributing with confidence.

Whether you're a marketer, analyst, or executive, this walkthrough will show you how to navigate the platform, access team-specific views, and tailor your dashboard to your role.

Get Started

Your main workspace will be the Sales Page Dashboard. This is your central hub where you can monitor performance, explore data, and make decisions. It is also where every function (Paid Social, Paid Search, Email/SMS/Retention, Offline Channel, Influencer, and even Leadership) can find the insights they need.

To get started, you can look for:

  • Pre-Saved Views: These are custom, saved views specific to campaigns, roles, or reporting needs. They are located in the top left dropdown of the dashboard.
  • Create Custom Views: You can tailor your dashboard by selecting the metrics that matter most to your role (eg, Spend, CAC, CPM, ROAS) and saving custom views for easy access.
