First identify how Northbeam receives data for the affected platform: an API connection, a scheduled report, or custom spend.

API-connected platforms

Open Connections, then confirm:
  1. The connection has no errors.
  2. The correct ad account is selected.
  3. The connected user still has permission to access that account.
  4. The affected campaign exists in the selected account and date range.
If spend is present but visits or revenue are missing, the connection may be working. Troubleshoot the ad URL and tracking separately using Data Appears as Organic, Other, or Unattributed.

Scheduled reports

Confirm that the report:
  • Is still running on schedule
  • Contains the required fields
  • Covers the affected dates and accounts
  • Is being delivered to the configured destination
Then follow the setup guide for that platform.

Custom spend

Open Data Spreadsheets, then confirm:
  • The correct spreadsheet is connected.
  • The affected dates contain valid rows.
  • Platform and ad-key values match the intended campaigns.
  • The same spend was not submitted through another source.

If totals differ slightly

Compare the Northbeam account timezone in Profile with the ad platform’s timezone. Spend near midnight can fall on different dates. When contacting Support, provide the platform, account ID, campaign ID, affected dates, and a screenshot of the platform total.
