8d. Configure Northbeam order exclusions (Shopify)
Sometimes, you might want to exclude certain orders completely - like when you're analyzing ad attribution or revenue from your web store but also have orders from a brick-and-mortar store in your OMS. Common examples include: phone orders, customer service placed orders, gifting (influencers), replacements, warranty, cancellations, 3rd party retailer (Amazon, Walmart, Macys, etc.).
If you already have these order types tagged in Shopify, you can add the order tag exclusions directly in the onboarding flow in this step.
If you choose to complete this step at a later time you can add them to the "Exclude Orders by Tag" section in the Settings page of your Northbeam dashboard after your dashboard has been activated.
