Step 3: Verify the integration

Complete the following checks:
  • Go to Settings > Connections and confirm that the Reddit Ads connection does not show an authorization error.
  • Confirm that the correct Reddit Ads account is linked.

  • Confirm that every active Reddit ad contains the exact Northbeam tracking parameter.
  • Open an ad’s preview or destination URL and confirm that the landing page loads successfully.
  • Confirm that the final landing page URL preserves the nbt parameter after any redirects.
  • Confirm that Reddit Ads spend and platform-reported clicks begin appearing in Northbeam.
  • Confirm that Reddit visits are assigned to the expected campaign, ad group, and ad.
When an account is first connected, Northbeam can backfill up to one year of historical Reddit Ads spend. Historical attribution still depends on whether valid tracking parameters were present on the ads during that period. If either check fails, see Troubleshooting tracking issues.
