# Connect Northbeam to Another AI Tool

> Connect Northbeam to any AI assistant that supports custom connectors, using the Northbeam MCP server URL.

## Before you start

You will need:

1. A Northbeam account you can sign in to.
2. A subscription to the AI agent of your choice
3. The Northbeam MCP server URL: `https://mcp.northbeam.io`.

## General setup

Northbeam MCP can be used with any AI tool that supports custom connectors. Follow the instructions from your tool's' help center to add a custom connector.

Use the Northbeam server URL: `https://mcp.northbeam.io`

Follow the instructions to authenticate your Northbeam account.

## What you can ask

Once connected, your agent can pull live data from your Northbeam dashboards. Example prompts:

1. `List my Northbeam dashboards.`
2. `What was my Meta ROAS last week vs the prior week?`
3. `Show me my top 10 orders by revenue this month.`
4. `Break down spend and revenue by platform for the last 30 days.`

If you have access to more than one dashboard, tell the agent which one to use so it queries the right account.
